You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

• Provide accurate, current information during registration
• Update your profile as needed to maintain accuracy
• Do not share your login credentials with third parties

3. Service Availability

OmniLend strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access others' accounts
• Use automated scripts to interact with the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Limitation of Liability

OmniLend provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OmniLend operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
